    Counseling and course selection

    LINK INNOVATION’s experienced Education Counselors will help you find a course that suits you best.

    Visit the LINK INNOVATION office to arrange a personal counseling session with our experienced Education Counselors. There, one of our friendly and experienced consultants will review your academic and personal needs and assist you in selecting suitable study options.

    Our Education Counselors will provide you with:
    1. A briefing on the Australian Education System
    2. Information and advice on appropriate courses
    3. Explanation of the entire application process (for e.g. supporting documents, pre-requisites, fees, etc.)
    4. Student visa information and acquisition
  • Step 2

    Course application

    Once you have selected a course you would like to apply for, LINK INNOVATION will submit your application to the relevant institution. You will receive a letter of provisional acceptance into the course usually within a week for VET courses and up to 2 to 5 weeks for Universities if you meet all the institution’s criteria.

    Your original graduation certificate, transcripts and your IELTS test results are required upon application. Institution application forms are available at LINK INNOVATION Office. We will check and certify your original documents and forward them to institutions for assessment. Some institutions charge application fees.

  • Step 3

    Response from Institutions & Course acceptance

    Expect responses from institutions in two to six weeks. LINK INNOVATION will send responses to you once we receive them from institutions. Please provide us the most up to date and accessible contact details. If there are no conditions specified on your offer that you need to meet, you may accept the offer immediately. Otherwise, you can only accept the offer once the specified condition(s) has been met. Examples of conditions are: supplying a new IELTS test score result, academic transcript of recently completed study or other certified documents.

    To confirm your place with the institution of your choice, you will be required to formally accept the offer by making payment of the first semester’s tuition fees or a deposit (depending on the institution). Following the payment you will receive your official confirmation of enrolment (COE). You can accept an offer at our LINK INNOVATION office by paying the specified deposit (usually the first semester’s tuition fee + Overseas Student Health Cover). If your tuition fee is in the form of a bank draft, it should be made payable to the institution and will be couriered via LINK INNOVATION.

  • Step 4

    Student visa application

    Once the confirmation of enrollment (COE) has been received, LINK INNOVATION will assist you with your application for a student visa. To obtain your student visa application you will need the following:

    1. e-COE (electronic confirmation of enrolment)
    2. Application Form: 157A
    3. Student Visa Application Fee
    4. OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover)
    5. Evidence of meeting English language requirements

    Application processes for a student visa can take 4 to 12 weeks. The Australian Government also has very specific financial requirements (for further information on this, please read our student FAQs). From this point on, you can organize your flights.

  • Step 5

    Pre-depature and arrival arrangements

    Once the formal application has been completed, LINK INNOVATION will assist you with your pre-departure preparation, accommodation and arrival arrangements (charges apply) to your new home in downunder Australia.

  • Step 6

    Post-departure student support

    One of the advantages many of our students enjoy is our local presence in Sydney, Australia. Our office and staff are based in the CBD close to many of the institutions that we represent. We often help our students when they first arrive in Australia by collecting them from the airport, assisting with setting up phone cards and banks accounts and ensuring that they settle into their new home. At any time while you are here in Australia and need support, LINK INNOVATION is just a short walk or an email or a phone call away.

    Career support & migration assistance

    One of the unique advantages our students will have is the much needed support for maximizing their learning during and after the study period. We offer regular professional courses for international students and recent graduates, including

    We also provide a range of other services such as student visa extension, change of course or institutions, dependent/ spouse visas, work visas etc.

    We also help graduates and near graduates with migration services ensuring that they get the best possible advice and services when contemplating whether and how to migrate to Australia.
